Delivery

1. Processing your order and delivery dates
When placing an advisor we will say how long we expect (in weeks) it will take for your furniture order to be made and sent to your nearest Distribution Centre for delivery. Occasionally, the manufacture of your furniture may be delayed through circumstances beyond our control.

2. Delivery & Installation
Once your furniture has been delivered to the Distribution Centre nearest to you, they will ring to arrange your delivery. Where possible we will deliver within 2 working days as we are unable to store your furniture.
Prior to delivery of the furniture you must have settled any outstanding balance on your account or have an agreement for easy payment options.
If you cannot take delivery within 2 weeks of the date, storage charges of £10.00 per item per week will be incurred to you. These will take effect from the beginning of third week.

3. On Delivery
On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared.
Our delivery team will unpack your furniture, install it in the room of your choice and remove all packing materials from your home and recycle wherever possible. Please inspect your furniture carefully before signing for it.
The company only agrees to deliver to a ground floor entrance of a specified address in the UK. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is adequate access and space to receive the furniture. Delivery beyond the ground floor entrance will only be undertaken at your own risk.
Unfortunately, we are not able to take away your old furniture.
